There are heaps of game streaming services already existing all capable of streaming AAA games - if you own the games, but to be 'the Netflix of Gaming' they have to offer games in their subscription. This requires licensing the games from the big publishers (again remember AAA) to be played through a subscription model. This isn't a store, it isn't just we'll sell copies of your game for you and take a competitive commission. The gaming world is a cut throat industry bigger than Hollywood, exclusivity and optics are super important, and a failed Australian mining company in bed with a pyramid scheme won't even get an email back from anyone worth being called a AAA publisher.

The only way they can make money as they stand now is with Crowd1, who will sell the streaming service to play those free to play games on PC to people who won't even use it.
