Jokes aside, we just need to look at the revenue and rate of growth. EM1 is significantly undervalued based on the numbers alone. Obviously stigma attach to crowd1 and bad press is what is affecting stock sentiment in the short to medium term.
What's funny is that even a turd like ESH with little to no revenue and high cash burn is having the same market cap as EM1.
In the long term numbers will always prevail. Just need to keep kicking those goals.
