Chuk, when I used the word 'discovery' before, I actually meant new 'resource development' ounces. OP in 2012 was more of a resource definition program than a new brownfield exploration discovery. Look at their drill spacing. The paper you listed does not show resource development costs unless they resulted in a brownfields 'transformation' upgrade (>2Moz change). Even so, this report listed averages - I talked about a benchmark (for resource development) meaning the standard we aim to achieve. Being 'average' is not the aim!
