Today was a hearing
If Cousins had plead guilty, a punishment would have been handed down to day
If he pleads not guilty or his lawyer ask for time to prepare, the whole thing is put off for 3, and then after another 1 minute hearing maybe put off for another 3 months
Nothing special or diferent in this because it is Cousins to every other case that would be held today or any other day.
