I think it may suit the management for this Court action to be protracted out over a period of time. They maybe hoping that subscriptions increase giving the company some revenue. A business plan built on hope
For the life of me, I just cannot see how they can raise any more cash with an app that has no traction and a management team that lurches from one disaster to another.

Unless a white knight appears out of left field, it would seem this will slowly come under the attention of the ASX and the next question will be - please advise your cash backing for the future of this company.
The only option is to have the Wangle Package utilised by major telcos as an add on service in their packages. Imo
