My apologies for the lateness of my reply. My computer literally blew up whilst I was responding to your similar email of earlier this week. I am currently using webmail, on a borrowed laptop (not exactly efficient), pending the imminent arrival of a new laptop.

With regard to the "negotaitions", I refer you to the Company's announcement dated 8 March 2011.

The Company is currently working towards completing the Buena Vista feasibility study on the West Pit by the end of March.

So all we know is that admin costs will increase because of the new laptop.... lets hope it isnt too expensive. SP could decrease ( only 35-45million shares!)
