Guys is it beyond possibility that the larger co's would have proposed a split more in their favour so making things not as attractive as RRS has.
Sovering risk is definately an issue for all parties so a risk assessment would have had to be done by all parties that would have considered the area so that is a constant
I had a discussion with a Somali national today and his impression of the current political developments is for a positive outcome as he feels the current pres is for peace and his advisor is a very intellegent man and at this stage the only issue is with 2 warlords out of 8;told me their names but cant remember em.
Anyhow expect Parliment to sit tomorrow or Wed our time
