I didn't hear about them going to court, but the irony is they seemed to be getting advice from the former Cardno CEO's. Those were the same people who drove the acquisition strategy, that now seems rather foolhardy. Could turn out to be a monumental mistake by Crescent (And me for that matter), but the strategic review had some good stuff in it (Prior to Crescent). I want to see this implemented in full and then they have a fighting chance. This is a really changing sector at the moment and if you look at what some of their more effective competitors are doing, it adds additional urgency to focus on key markets, reduce debt and shift to a global delivery model. If they don't do these things then it gets worse for all of us.
