I have to admit some serious concerns. 1.09 seems an awful price but may reflect actual value. I want to know what has been done as highlighted in the strategic review (apart from shifting debt off the balance sheet and onto share holders). If you compare CDD to competitors Worley P, Atkins, Coffey, Arcadis, MWH it looks an awful picture. In fact since the New CEO the stock performance has collapsed compared to both the market and competitors. Losing the faith and what on earth are they doing to turn it around? Next it will be cash flow concerns version 2 and another asset sell off under the guise of streamlining operations or removing non core assets. My message is a blunt one, execute the strategic review and manage the business. Not happy at 1.09 but I've lost a small fortune on this one already so what does it matter now?
