Backdoor ASX-listed Silicon Valley online recruitment start-up 1-Page has secured an agreement with one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in the United States.

The deal is further evidence the company, which has been the golden child of the ASX backdoor-listed stocks in the past year, is performing well.

1-Page, a cloud-based talent acquisition platform, has entered an agreement with Providence Health and Services to help the company attract and find talent.

The third-largest not-for-profit health system in the US, Providence Health and Services has 436,000 members and employs more than 76,000 people.

1-Page allows users to identify potential employees connected on Facebook to existing employees in the organisation.
In November 2014 1-Page acquired the assets of failed start-up BranchOut, a professional network within Facebook profiles, which had 820 million user profiles.

1-Page was the first ASX-listing of a Silicon Valley tech company when it listed in October last year.
At the start of May it posted a net loss for the year to January 31 of $11.3 million and revenue of $130,214.

Its shares are trading up 750 per cent on its issue price of 20¢ a share at $1.70.
1-Page co-founder and chief executive Joanna Weidenmiller told The Australian Financial Review when it listed that research and development tax concessions had lured the Silicon Valley company to Australia.

"People in the tech scene in Silicon Valley think it is strange we are listing in Australia, but when we explain all the advantages they think it's a genius idea," Ms Weidenmiller said.
"We have a goal to become a $US1 billion NASDAQ-listed company, and I want to still own a fair slab when we get there."
