hi yseda
Nope, just an investor living in a shack but very extensive insight into early stage tech especially enterprise apps and platforms. Recruiting and on-boarding are big issues for big businesses and I'm left head scratching a little as to what 1 Page is doing to so rapidly engage with these very complex and hard to navigate whales. Headscratching not around what they are doing but the speed of getting it adopted. This is what bogs down enterprise plays but does drive investor story. As an example, and looking at Accenture:
1 - Accenture boards every employee word wide through pretty much the same platform. Its big, complex and like the UN. The internal politics around things like this are huge and getting a gazillion HR people to agree on something new is herding cats x 10.

(google same for us, angola, etc - always the same but locally customised)
2 - But for the big professional firms they have very specific needs and their issue is matching need with supply. So they all run things like this. Again, a new platform to disrupt this very embedded process is hard to deliver. Its like an e r p for staff (and note the extensive linked in integration...)

3 - And the big professional firms are pretty open about what they do and how they do it, For example ACN even has a blog laying out what they do and how they do it...

The punchline is where is 1pg positioning itself? We have a rock and hard place issue here as:
1) Is is a nice to have bolt on that will sit somewhere in this complex ecosystem? If so their signing of ACN means someone somewhere's giving it a kick, but dont expect big revenues.
or
2) Is it fundamentally disrupting the way that ACN recruits? If so do expect big revenues - but these wont come without a long drawn out (and very high cost) ground war as the solution is trialled, syndicated, horse traded, change managed etc etc all the stuff that comes with turing a tanker.
I don't know - but working this out is important to working out what happens next.
Someone may know? all ears m'dears.
