I'd be very happy for holders if this deal brings great success to BUB. Between Abbott, Mead Johnson, Nestle and Perrigo, they have the market cornered and imported formula only accounts for a very small percentage. Maybe this incident will be the catalyst for change that sees changes to the law allowing foreign companies easier access, and that would certainly be a benefit BUB, especially if parents have had the opportunity to try the product and they like it. Time will tell.
I'm not going to comment on the financials of BUB, everyone can look at that for themselves and make their own determination.
