My prediction: if they choose to regulate, then full disclosure will be required: fees, comparison APR, late fees, consequences of multi agreements & non payments, etc. I reckon there could be a $ ceiling and the provider has to make reasonable enquiries that the user has capacity to make payments Then let it rip, let the market decide, survival of the fittest. IMHO
