It truly is a wonder. People who make such negative comments about a post, or Hotcopper in general, yet don't have to be here. If they were really dissatisfied - then why remain?
For example: there's a shop in town where I've received both terrible service and product quality - but you don't see me loitering around the place making snide remarks about it to passersby, I just don't shop there.
If Hotcopper is such a negative expenditure on your energy, then just leave.
