Lot of people do not know how big this deal is. IS this worth $100m or more?
Think about it - how many new merchants SPT can sign up on the back of MasterCard strength?
Few weeks ago SPT was trading at > 80 cents - it dropped down to 60 cent range for no reason.
Under $1 is a cheap entry IMHO.
