You do know it was not an online tournament tournament and Mogul was not required to do the bracketing for the 16 teams that actually got into the SEA games.
Those 300 teams it mentions was at the country level for them to pick the finalist to go to the games - which Razer weren’t running those local ones.
Razer hasn’t participated in any of the raises besides the one when they bought in... You will have to ask them as to why they didn’t participate maybe they weren’t needed and the company said we are okay and if we need funds in the future we can come back... again don’t know the story but holding 70M shares worth about 1M is certainly a decent amount.
I can guarantee the esport company you prefer weren’t even a consideration as html5 games is not what they were thinking and esport fans would laugh if it was presented IMO..
