I thought it's in the company best interest to have a high share price for a capital raise - they get more money per share, more money per option - even with discounts from mkt price
so I think shareholders and the company management are aligned on this
unless of course management are trying to maximise their holdings so then they want a lower price
only people buying into the company want a lower price.
all holders don't
anyway let's see what happens
we all seem to agree that with some good news we all stand to make some paper profits
