I'd say $15-20m MC is warranted factoring in sector upside and board experience. Factor in a bit more for the hints the board has been giving for potential future partnerships (pure speculation).

For that reason and with the dilution of the market cap (and forward factoring dilution of the options) my guess is we'll see the .008 gap close and regain support there.

Obviously a huge announcement can change that, but momentum wise and predicting no big momentum shifts will come in the next 3 months, that's my current call.
