You seem very airy fairy with specifics here. I'll give you a list of things to do some quality research on ESH
The A team first major price sensitive anouncement was the BU deal in Sept. We are 4 months in now so let's have the following information
- they had approx 1000 subscribers then. What are the current subscriber numbers? There has been no market update since then ?
- How many are free subscriptions ?
- What has been the churn rate ?
- Do we assume that the current subscriber base is the same as the maximum tournament participation numbers in a tournament?
- What decrease in revenue has ESH incurred by the free subscriptions as it was anounced that ESH gets a share of subscription revenue ?
- How much is the license fee for this platform ?
- What is the operating cost for this platform ?
- Can BU afford the license fees if they are not getting subscription revenue ?
- What advertising revenue has been made form this deal ?
- Is there advertising revenue at all or just food vouchers in lieu of ?
Remember $8 million revenue is better than $8 million capital raise and 40% SH dillution
