They've only just started utilising instagram. To get a better understanding of where they were compared to where they are now over socials look at Facebook from the past couple of months and then MASSIVELY on ** over the same time period. They've gone 360 on ** and are creating some seriously good user/community engagement. Since Jay has come on board the socials are so much better in the key platforms they need to drive engagement. I'm really impressed what they've achieved these past couple of months.
