IMO, "We don't need China right now" means
1: This technology as mentioned by BRN, it's Revolutionazing AI at the Edge, we are the leader at this stage, compared to those big giants like IBM, INtel, nVidia etc.
2: Confidence of the chipset functioning, which also means the testing kits to those 2 dozens customers might get passed well results.
3: Since this technology will be used on NASA, USA officials won't allow this technology to be used by China, maybe huge orders from NASA partners are in the negotiation stage.
4:To avoid technology stolen or any leaks,
Anyway, I am highly again to be convinced by the company's confidence, this thing will turn BIGGER and BIGGER.
