Disappointing to see the price drop but not unexpected. Looking at the quarterly, it appears Samsung haven't made payment on the first delivery of supply although the quarterly only reflects up to the 30th September.
Payment could have come afterwards of course but even then, an announcement on that would have been in order. Hard to tell because we don't know what the payment arrangements are under the contract.
