You understand that short sellers have to buy back their position in order to profit, right?
If you're blaming shorters for what was the most obvious "buy the rumour, sell the news" event this year, then you might want to rethink how the market works.. for your own benefit.
There are a number of brokers that allow short selling. Not sure I can mention them, as it might be considered advertising.
