he already has huge incentives. no one is against that. He's asking for EVEN MORE as a reward for hitting a target that's waaay behind where he's been telling investors we should be. Love the company, think MT is doing a good job, but I for one am not in favour if these 'performance' bonuses. Need to overperform for bonus, not underperform. As saggito suggested, I'd rather see more incentives go to our new European team or others in the business
