For transparency's sake, I got a reply at about 7pm AWST Last night so I will post it here
"Thanks for your enquiry. We can of course host servers with your hardware with once off setup of $160 ex GST and for a 1RU server $190ex/per month and a 2RU server $240 ex/per month with escorted physical access available during business hours. Afterhours access would incur additional costs and need to be booked in ahead of time. For internet and communications, we can suggest an NBN connection into the data centre from the likes of Aussie broadband or similar to suit your needs and this will enable you to setup remote access, firewalls, console etc as you need. At this time, DC Two has a strict policy of not hosting games servers on our networks. We understand this doesn’t help you with this specific enquiry but we have hosted game servers in the past on our networks, with the gaming activities having a detrimental impact on our large business and corporate customer base for which our platforms are primarily constructed. We’re always happy to assist where we can."
That all seems fair and reasonable, I'm just glad I got a response from them.
