Alot of re rating again.... about our market cap compared to the peers, we aren't at 1bil yet. Insto getting in on their figures to invest.
would like to see a quick top 20 up todate.
we still need that resource update!! we are still a mino with LoM.
we will get a dilution of MC .... remember all those options to be exercised??? !! lots..
I wonder if there was a cause in those options being issue that said if the average current SP was maintained at 20%, for a rolling average over 3 week above the exercise price those options, .....they be then called upon to be exercise exercised...... it is something that exists with many other companies.... and its a very good clause to have... say if our SP, without the clause, was 1.50.... and then those options exercise at 45c, it would create a major dilution of MC,.... hence if 20% or more ... those holding the options would be very happy with there gains... and our company becomes a major cash cow... for the a fast track hydroxide plant. .... all great new...
keep in mind those options issue free with that 45c exercise price ... got those becuase they got a major chunk of us.... at 25c?! a steal then and a steal now..
we are still under valued as other asset still not taken into account... i keep awaiting those gold updates, and a resource double or triple which is easily on board, as we have options over other tenements and yet to explored for resource. our neighbour are also finding heap of lithium.
What should our MC be? its around 750m at moment... some say 2bil is right, i think 1bill is right so another 25% SP appreciation from todays 55 cent mark to me. I thought 40-50 cent was my goal from 1 year ago, this to be had mid this year... it came early then that the CR at 25cent crushed that...as we slid. (now the true CR, should have been, pricing is showing itself).
so yes that $1 party is close and should be with lithium prices still rising, those expected announcements, as will a lesser one of China approving the financing deal, yet to be offical. (its a bit of a crux, but unlikely china will oppose).
well done all, especially those long term holder that have, kept the faith and seeing the vision from the sub 4cent days for years of waiting... we aren't there yet.
roug estimates of revenue... and others have done better insight than i.... 200mil a year.... at a 1bil MC... yield at 20% gross, think i saw close to 50% margins ..... so that better than most of any sector revenue... the crux (my word for the day)... is LoM. sure lots of $ but if that revenue stops so does the SP quick smart.
fair price is ? ...not the 50 cent party, or 55c.
