    Magnis have nothing to use for debt IMO. In the past they got some company to re-value the 5 mill of firesale kit they bought three years ago. I would guess they already tried to use that. IMO
    My guess would be they could "sell" a chunk of the IM3NY effort? So maybe reduce their ownership to a few percent and the new "principal" provides the cash? Or shares in MNS.... could they do that?
    Long way to go yet, but, still pie in the sky (imo)...... DYOR
