$20m raise shortly after IPO dressed up to fund a $3m US acquisition...smells a bit off tbh. Mind you, Morgans is on the ticket, it's at a 50% premium to the IPO issue price and its for US expansion which are all positives, I just think the raise size and timing smells funny
Anyway, i'm free carried on my IPO allocation - happy to let it ride and see where things end up.
