Support of what you seem to be implying will be provided by the comparison of DBCT prices between now and the past. In your document that's flat. Did you quote older DBCT prices anywhere in your post? In fact, in the past few weeks, similar announcements were showing some upward daily movement in the DBTC price, but you picked exactly the one in which DBTC is flat. I said enough: I will not continue wasting time arguing with you. Put rocket emojis and draw your own conclusions.

@haka: I hope so. They seem to have pre-existing contracts for their North American production (which receive little impact from these prices). Also China seems to have switched to importing more of the Russian coal (rather than American).
