I don't think 92e is affected by this initiative, and wasn't mentioned specifically because I believe 92e’s major tenement Gemini, and the others, are located in the opposite ends of the Athabasca Basin. The Dene Nation are more concerned with activities in the northwestern end, and I believe gauging from the maps on 92e's presentations, that their tenements are in the south eastern end.
Anyway, as there is lots of confusion as to whom this affects I hope 92e feel it worthwhile to put out a statement confirming they have all the appropriate agreements in place with any First Nation people in their jurisdictions.
