have you thought they might have trading blackouts? pretty normal for:
a. directors to be paid fees. I'm sure they were fully disclosed in the prospectus
b. not to trade on information not publicly available. probably disclosed in the prospectus as well.
maybe they should call the scientist guys and tell them to hurry up?
blaming directors when you knew the timeline before you bought is ridiculous.
