It's probably a company that has outlived It's product life. Yes it could turn around, but is more likely to be acquired cheaply for its customer base, by a firm that would like to do some or more business with those clients.
Companies like Netscape were once huge valuations but other better browsers came alon
g, especially Microsoft Internet Explorer which came bundled with Windows.
I had a holding because I liked the client list and the embedded critical nature of the service provided. Not a good enough reason to hold, if profits are not there.
