They are actually on a already granted mining lease. If they have a commercial deposit, the time, money and uncertainty regarding this issue is already covered.
And starting at around 130 m from surface, it will just be a case of backing up the trucks in an initial open pit mine...cheapest way to mine large areas.
These positives are also being factored into the current price.
