Why would you count on such thing? You have awesome announcements left and right and even a party for $1. If smart people such as yourself and Burty see value in NVX, surely the institutional buyers are buying in en masse as well. They may be a bit late for the party, but obviously they are not as intelligent as the armchair analysts here.
