It wants to bounce... but there is clearly someone offloading a lot that wants to take any opportunity to sell... but also isn't in a hurry so isn't chasing it down. Might mean it hovers here for some time, which is fine as the more it stays under valued.. .the more it will shoot up when they confirm the ongoing business recovery. Belongs way above $1 already. Someone obviously disagrees!
