One thing that has me concerned is the lack of chips on table

according to last prezzo mgmt only have 3.01%

id prefer if they had more skin in the game but not all management have that much money or sometimes they get diluted or never have a real stake to begin with

but I dont have any familiarity with management, does anyone know of the managements history or pedigree?

i think cracking deal in good commodity just unfamiliar with management

for disclosure i hold and if the project stacks up like the PFS i think they just need to derisk it and naturally a rerate will get shareholder returns
