    3. Very hard to find out the intent of the new CEO....originally wanted to use it as a shell company to list another business on the ASX... what are his interests now? Seems to be a bit of a plaything at the moment

    Who is the CEO of 1pg? and where did you read they wanted to use it as a shell?
    I'm pretty sure the CEO of 1pg is trying to run the company as 1pg and nothing else at this stage.
