Acca don't forget VPC had to get an extension and still didn't fully subscribe, raise price was 3c current sp is below that currently, also not to mention close to 50% dilution to long existing holders expense.
1pg raised $50 million at only a dilution of 11 million shares compared to VPC $5.7m for 190m shares, people who come over to other threads that they don't hold and diss should maybe 1st look at what they hold and be honest to themselves before they start to bag others.
