I concur with some of the previous posters.

This reserves upgrade announcement and recent announcements indicate a clear changing of direction to unlock the value of the companies acreage through a JV. This not only will realise the companies acreage value, but also assist in removing the perception of any need for further funding.

The reserves based funding facility would therefore provide the funding required for the company (and more) combined with a strong JV. RFE are already entwined with some very big players with some of their non-operated wells.... Devon and others.... wouldn't be surprised if a JV was not already well progressed given these existing relationships...

Simply my opinion, but a JV could see RFE back to $1 plus very quickly based on the comparable acreage analysis and the reasons why our SP is ridiculously depressed (this being reception that funding could be an issue).
A JV would remove this perception and allow the companies acreages be valued comparably.
