comsec won't allow any trade under $500...I totally agree with all of you. Bot trade in tiny amounts is unfair competition and the the ACCC should be looking at it....that might put the blowtorch on ASIC. I presume brokers and therefore broker clients exploit the loophole that allows larger trades to be fractionalised out to deal with the odd numbers that different situations generate, such as dividend reinvestment?
