I was impressed with the focus and determination of the new IDC management and board at the EGM to get things moving at Mt Kare. They understand the frsutrations and are working tirelessly to right these delays.

They reiterated what was in their recent asx announcements and confirmed that the LOs were very supportive of what George N's and Summit dev's efforts on site. (that is why I posted my response to Tobyj earlier)

Judging by this statement in the market update on the 11th of August, we should have an update in the next 4 weeks unless the company announces something different in the coming weeks....

Strategic Focus
Following completion of the Capital Raising referred to above, the Company will commence a level exploration Adit from which it will undertake a circa 20,000 metre diamond drilling and sampling program.
The aim of the drilling and sampling programme is to enable the reserve / resource base to be upgraded, facilitate completion of the feasibility study and mining lease application and test for additional targets at depth.
Based on the Company’s discussions with its advisors, we expect the funding for this exploration program to be in place by the end of September 2014.

Indochine Mining Limited (Indochine or The Company) is pleased to provide the following update:
Operational Developments Indochine has directed Australian Contract Mining Pty Ltd (ACM) to mobilise a small team of supervisory personnel to PNG to assist with all aspects of planning and logistics of the proposed exploration Adit and underground diamond drilling program. The Company is also in the process of designing a 7km heavy-duty access track to the site, which would enable mining equipment to be mobilised to the exploration Adit.
