Called ferrier yesterday, and as already stated on this thread creditors will meet this Friday 25th july.

One of the team looking after the case that I spoke to, (and I will no name him), stated to me that shareholders will get only get 1 share for every 20 shares held. Not good, but thats the offer,and they are taking shareholders interest at heart!!!! and thats if the creditors agree. By the way Ferrier has reccommended to keep VRE alive.

I assume creditors will get substancially more as they are 2nd on the pecking order after the tax dep. take it or leave it.
