Share consolidation jitters, that's all. AKK is a recent unfortunate example of how to stuff up things like that.
Conversion at 0.7c / 0.8c means people will place their orders around the 15c mark post consolidation. But the CR, which has been planned for March could see the sp go down to 10c - if there are no great progress news - and that would be 0.5c in todays terms.
Be patient but don't expect miracles before March / April 2015.
