Considering the past 2-3 weeks action, thing have changed from a deliberate selling down to what appears a conscious accumulation phase beginning again. Not enough volume to excite just yet, but the slow calculated and methodical way they are going about it suggests it's not mom 'n pop.
U industry fundamentals apart I sense we may be in the home straight now for the long awaited off-take agreement.
Any thoughts about how far behind that a debt funding deal might be?
