To me it looks like capping.
SP is often locked up in a very narrow range--basically dictating purchase and sale prices.
Could be to create tax losses for funds and major SH, could be to manipulate the price for either a seller or a buyer or could be????
I favour the could be??? believing in mgt to work this P. E. thing through to the benefit of the SP.
