Page 15 and 57, see directors fees, well under market rates, Chairman Middlemas elected not to receive a salary for this financial year.
Page 52, section e, performance shares to management (who are also vendors...) vest on positive PFS, DFS and construction start following investment decision by the board. The weighting is higher for the start of construction.

Would expect some movement in directors fees as things advance and also more people are needed however one can see where the real money will be made.
