Why does the CFO still have a job? he reports to the board...….. how has he not figured out what was going on.....
crazy.... you cant blame Daglish for everything, failures from management to the board.... blaming site guys is a copout!!!!

Rubbish rubbish rubbish!!!!!! CFO and Exec's should have been all over this... if site personnel have circumvented procedures then why isn't anyone sacked or fired??
Executive management and the board have much to explain.
