Offtake agreements for SC6 used to be priced at a trailing three month average spot rate. I believe there is a move afoot to price at current spot. Also offtake agreements have break clauses which are activated when the SC6 price is too low to permit profitable SC6 production.
From your comment, I take it you believe that the SC6 price that LTR will receive under the offtake agreements is magically higher than spot. Please explain how you arrive at this perspective.
