Fingers crossed APRA does not have any issues with it and it all gets handed over smoothly. I am guessing people are waiting for that to happen before they invest confidently but I believe that would come with a premium price over 4 plus dollars when it does get finalised , and seeing as how ACCC has given the green light back in Dec, hopefully APRA will be inclined to do the same asap, IMHO
