Ok, here is what IOOF would look like if the two acquisitions (ANZ & MLC) achieved the synergies that the management have forecast.
These figures do not include the original pre-acquisition business IOOF. So for this exercise I have assumed zero contribution from IOOF (pre-acquisition)
Here is the UNPAT for the combined ANZ & MLC acquisitions...
And based on this reasoning and assuming a multiple of say 15x here is what the Market Cap and Share Price would look like at 15x.
Any profit that the pre-acquisition IOOF makes, is upside from here.
